Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SiteQuest handles personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Only what you enter in our application forms:

• Owners and creators: name, email, phone (optional), company or project name, and what you tell us about the opportunity and its evidence.
• Buyers and operators: name, email, company (optional), buyer type, sector interests, budget range, timeline and implementation capacity.
• Partners: name, email, phone (optional), firm, role, licences held, sectors and any note you add.

We also record when you applied, the version of the consent wording you agreed to, and which website or link brought you to us.

Visit counting

We count visits to our pages so we know how many people are interested. We don't use cookies or tracking tools for this, and we don't store IP addresses. Each visit is recorded under a code that changes every day, so it can't identify you or follow you over time.

Why we collect it

• To assess your application and reply to you.
• To match buyers and operators with suitable opportunities, and contact you about them.
• To prepare an engagement letter if we agree to work together.

We don't sell your data or use it for anything else without asking you first.

Consent and withdrawal

Each form asks for your consent before you submit. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We'll then stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website: hosting and database (Railway), and email delivery (Resend). Some of their servers are outside Singapore; we use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We don't share an owner's details with a buyer, or a buyer's with an owner, without permission.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it. If we work together, records needed for the engagement, tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. We'll reply within 30 days.
